Shipping and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are handled by UPS Worldwide and Chit Chats. An email will be issued once the order has been confirmed, and a tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
Returns
All sales are final; no refunds will be issued. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges. Please ensure proper sizing before purchasing to avoid complications.
